Rubber base gel is a thick, self-leveling base coat that also carries a sheer tint. It fills small ridges, builds a gentle curve at the center of the nail and gives a smooth canvas for color or a finish on its own. These sets collect the most wearable milky whites, pale pinks, peaches and roses into two trios and a set of six, so you can wear a clean, natural-looking manicure or use the tinted layer as the first step of a French or ombre.

Each bottle holds 15 ml with a brush in the cap. The color depends on how many layers you apply, so one thin coat reads softer and a second coat reads stronger.

Who it is for

  • Beginners: base and color in one step means a simple, tidy manicure with fewer layers to manage.
  • Hobbyists: a tinted base gives ombre and French looks an even starting point, and the milky shades are the base of the milky-pink trend.
  • Nail artists: a self-leveling base helps build the apex and fill uneven nails before color or art.

What is in each set

  • Milky Trio: three 15 ml bottles in milky white, pale pink and a sheer blush.
  • Peach and Rose Trio: three 15 ml bottles in cream peach, peach nude and rose pink.
  • Everyday Six: six 15 ml bottles in milky white, pale pink, cream peach, peach nude, candy pink and rose pink.

A top coat, lamp and color gels are not included.

How to use it

  1. Clean the nail and remove dust and oils.
  2. Apply a very thin layer of rubber base gel and cure it for 60 seconds.
  3. Apply a second thin layer, building a little more at the center of the nail, and cure again for 60 seconds.
  4. Apply a top coat and cure for 60 seconds. Add color or nail art over the base if you like.

Good to know

Keep layers very thin; a thick bead can cure unevenly and pool at the cuticle. The shade depends on how many layers you apply, and the same bottle can read lighter or stronger on different nails. Colors can look different on screen than in the bottle. Remove with an acetone soak: wrap each nail for 5 to 10 minutes and lift the softened gel off gently.

Frequently asked questions

What is rubber base gel?

A thick, flexible base gel that levels itself on the nail. It works as a base coat, builds a smooth surface and can carry a sheer color.

Do I still need a base coat?

No. Rubber base is the base. Add a top coat to finish.

How many coats should I apply?

Two thin coats for a smooth, sheer tint. Add a third only if you want a stronger color.

Can I put color on top?

Yes. Cure the rubber base, then apply any gel color and a top coat.

Which shades are the most natural?

Milky white, pale pink and cream peach look closest to a natural nail bed. The rose pinks are more visible.
