Who we are

Psy-Fi Marketing Labs S.L. ("we", "us"), Kalea Manuel Allende 13, 5A, 48010 Bilbao, Bizkaia, Spain, tax ID (VAT) B95640868, operates nailsandcosmetics.com under the trade name Nails & Cosmetics. What data we collect

  • Order data: name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number (if you provide it), order contents and payment status. We do not receive your full card number.
  • Account data: if you create an account, your email address and password (stored by Shopify).
  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, approximate location, and cookie or pixel identifiers.
  • Communications: messages, form submissions and photos you send us for support or claims.
  • Marketing data: your email address and preferences if you subscribe to emails.

How and why we use it

  • To take, pay for, deliver and support your order, including returns and refunds (contract).
  • To prevent fraud and keep the store secure (legitimate interests).
  • To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
  • To send you marketing emails if you opt in; you can unsubscribe at any time (consent).
  • To measure how the store is used and to measure and improve advertising, where analytics or advertising tools are enabled (consent where required, otherwise legitimate interests).
  • To improve our products and website (legitimate interests).

Who we share it with

  • Shopify, which provides our store platform, checkout, hosting and fraud analysis.
  • Payment providers available at checkout, under their own privacy notices.
  • Order-preparation and delivery service providers, some of which may be located in other countries including outside the EU/EEA, which receive your name, delivery address, phone number and order details so they can prepare and deliver your order.
  • Carriers and customs authorities.
  • Advertising, analytics and email service providers (for example Meta Platforms, if we use its tools) where those tools are enabled.
  • Professional advisers, authorities or courts where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data for money.

International transfers

Your data may be processed in the United States, the EU/EEA and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the provider's certification.

Retention

We keep order and accounting records for as long as the law requires (in Spain, generally six years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Support messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up claims.

Cookies and similar technologies

We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to run the store (cart, checkout, security), and, where enabled, analytics and advertising technologies. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before using non-essential technologies, and you can change your choice through the privacy or cookie settings on the site where available. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, but the cart and checkout may not work.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your data, to receive a copy of it, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a data protection authority (in Spain, the Agencia Espanola de Proteccion de Datos, www.aepd.es). Residents of California and some other US states may also have the right to know, delete and correct their data, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data, and not to be treated differently for exercising these rights. To make a request, email support@nailsandcosmetics.com with the subject "Privacy request". We may need to verify your identity. We aim to reply within 30 days.

Children

Our store is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, and our platform and payment providers use industry-standard protections. No online system is completely secure.

Marketing emails

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.
