Color-Changing Thermal Gel Polish, Trio or Palette of 6
Thermal gel polish is a color-change gel: the shade you see depends on the temperature of the nail. Warm hands show one tone, a glass of cold water or a cool room shows another, and the shift repeats every time. This set gathers six of the most wearable thermal shades into curated trios and one full palette, so you get a coordinated look instead of a single bottle.
Each color has its own chart in the photos. It shows the shade at 40, 20 and 0 degrees Celsius, so you can see where a polish starts, where it lands at room temperature and how far it travels when cold. Pale, milky tones appear when the nail is warm and the deeper tones appear as it cools.
Who it is for
- Beginners: a ready-made trio takes the guesswork out of choosing, and thermal gel behaves like any other soak-off gel color on the nail.
- Hobbyists: three related shades layer and fade into ombre and gradient nails.
- Nail artists: the Complete Palette of six gives a client-facing demo, a bright content piece and a quick sell on the color-change effect.
What is in each set
Each bottle is a colored thermal gel in a standard 7 ml bottle with an in-cap brush. A base coat, top coat and lamp are not included.
- Complete Palette (6 bottles): all six bottles, 7 ml each, so you can mix both trios. Best value per bottle.
- Blush to Berry Trio (3 bottles): three 7 ml bottles that run from white and soft pink through lavender, rose and a deep plum.
- Sky and Lilac Trio (3 bottles): three 7 ml bottles that run from pink and lilac through aqua, bright blue and violet.
How to use it
- Prepare the nail and apply a thin layer of base gel, then cure it in your lamp.
- Apply a thin first coat of the thermal color and cure it, following the lamp time you use for your usual gel color.
- Add a second thin coat for full color and cure again. For an ombre, brush a second shade onto the free edge and blend before curing.
- Seal with a no-wipe top coat and cure. Test the effect by running the nails under cool water.
Good to know
These are soak-off gels that cure under a UV or LED lamp and come off with acetone. Layer thickness and skin temperature change the tone you see, so try one nail first. Colors can look different on screen than in the bottle.

Frequently asked questions
How does thermal gel polish change color?
It reacts to the temperature of the nail. Each shade has a warm tone and a cooler tone, and the charts in the photos show the tones at 40, 20 and 0 degrees Celsius.
Do I need a special lamp?
No. They cure under a UV or LED lamp, the same as a normal gel color.
How do I remove it?
It is a soak-off gel that comes off with acetone, using your usual gel removal method.
Can I build an ombre with it?
Yes. Brush two shades together on the nail, blend the edge, then cure. Because each shade changes with temperature, the gradient shifts as the nail warms or cools.
Why a trio or a palette and not a single bottle?
The shades are designed to sit together. A trio or the Complete Palette gives you a complete look and a better cost per bottle than buying the colors one at a time.
